    @dascumbag That’s …
    @dascumbag That’s 15 pounds of bad weight. If you’re speaking regular old baked potatoes that will put fat on you. Baked potatoes are fast digesting carbs. Really you should only want to eat baked potatoes post workout because it is fast carbs.

    If you’re eating baked potatoes during the day you will store some of that as fat, and that is not lean weight gain at all.

    Hypertrophy is 8 – …
    Hypertrophy is 8 – 12, you should not be able to lift any more than 12, if you can. then you’re lifting too light. not only that but you also need to do more than just 1 set. I stick with 10 reps and 3 sets each workout, If you do pull, you have to do push aswell. If you work your biceps you need to work triceps too.

    I am too but so …
    I am too but so afraid to workout because I was under the impression that weight is the same as FAT and that I was going to burn the little fat I have and get into serious medical conditions. I’m planning to start a routine and see where it takes me…maybe you can too and we can later compare. :)

    That is not correct …
    That is not correct. According to the Canadian Health Association the reccomended protien dose is equivilent to roughly 1 and a half eggs. What your talking about is a huge overdose on protien, to the point where about 80 grams of that wont do anything.
