This is a video from Vince Del Monte explaining a thing or two about supplements. Again, very basic but on the spot.

I personally do not favor supplements and would definitely prefer natural solid foods. But unfortunately, I would also wish I had more free time in a day. In general, not many people have the overall privilege to cook or prepare their own meals, so that’s where supplements come in.

Just keep in mind though that supplements are meant as a supplementary option to whole natural foods. So don’t go to aggresive on it by gulping down 4 to 6 shakes a day. That would not be healthy for any human body.

Just like Vince said, stick to the basics and you’ll be fine… both physically and FINANCIALLY!

My usual product of choice woud normally be BSN’s Tru Mass as my protein base shake. You might categorized it as a Weight Gainer supplement, but I personally had some good results while taking this, since it gives me the extra carbs for me to maintain my size. As for vitamins, I usually stick to GNC’s Mega Man Multi-Vitamins, just because I receive great offers from them on this. As for fish oils, I have been taking Flaxeed Oil in the form of capsules, no reason being…
