    This guy is the real deal. That’s all I can say, he obviously knows his stuff. I follow all, and up until recently I stopped wearing a stopwatch to the gym, and my gains have not been ideal, and when I got it back I realise I’ve been resting too much. Resting too much = wasted time = cortisol levels increase + mentally you lazier with nothing pushing you.
