just try to train as heavy as possible, 2 times a week with 3 days of rest (like monday and thursday or so)… try to do one set of bicep (any you want, any weight you are good with) then rest no more than a minute, then go with a tricep set (any you want, any weight you are good with)… repeat for 1 hour, don’t do cardio or abs, just tricep and bicep… take your suplemments intelligently, eat smart, sleep well, there’s no magic tricks here… try to do that as heavy as possible

for me personally …
for me personally speaking (but this is just me though), after 2 and a half years of training, i discovered that my arms grow only when i do high rep high volume, heavy, workouts…so for example i could do 180 on the triceps press down, but i cut it to 165 and rep it out and do like 20 reps. my next set i keep the weight the same and do 17 reps, and so on…….until i reach complete failure. i cut out my work on my chest, shoulders and back, and increase my arm volume thats the only way for me

because when i push myself till the end (i really do push myself like 2 more after failure. and im like growling and screaming and stuff) and do only 4 sets, i still barely feel anything, but if I do 6 sets my muscles feel only fatigued as hell.

that means you are not working at high intensity, so increase weight and push until concentiric muscle failure (where you cant perform any more reps)
u shouldnt be able …
u shouldnt be able to take a whole day to do triceps if you work high intensity, low rep high weight, simply because if you do it correctly you would only be able to 4 sets.
